Request guidelines

  1. Please bring any public- or external-facing material to the Creative Department, from campaigns and landing pages to videos, newsletters, presentations, print items, and one-off graphics. We will help keep it clear and consistent with the brand.
  2. New requests are assigned to the Creative Director, John Lim, by default for review and coordination. The Creative Director may delegate the task to another member of the creative team.
  3. Please allow at least two business days for newly submitted tasks.
  4. Complex requests may require approximately five to seven business days, depending on their scope.
  5. The creative director may adjust a proposed deadline to accommodate existing work and priorities.
  6. Urgent requests are welcome. After submitting the task, please contact the creative director directly to discuss the timing.
  7. Complete all relevant fields, including company and country, accurately to support reporting and tracking.
  8. If your request needs images, Word documents, or other reference files, upload them to your drive and add the link under Attachments in the task form. For non-confidential files, set access to “Anyone with the link can view”; share confidential files directly with the creative team instead.
  9. If the creative team must follow a specific direction, include clear requirements and references in the brief. Where no direction is provided, the creative team will use its professional judgment.
